NINJA CLASSES
Our ninja classes are packed with action, excitement and lots of obstacles!
Designed to improve overall agility, balance and strength, in each class ninjas will receive small-group instruction from our professional coaches, who have years of experience coaching ninja and are top ninja athletes themselves - you can even see many of them on past seasons of NBC's show American Ninja Warrior!
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Recreational Ninja Class (50 minutes)
Ninjas will race through our exciting mini courses and tackle fun challenges! Obstacles change each week and include: warped walls, ring swings, rope climbs, rock wall routes, quad steps, balance courses and SO MUCH MORE. Classes available for ninjas in preschool-8th grade on Mondays-Thursdays.

Instructional Ninja Class (75 minutes)
Level up those ninja skills! Instructional classes teach ninjas the fundamental skills needed for higher level obstacles and include: rock climbing skills, lache and upper body swinging skills, parkour and advanced agility work and balance techniques. Classes available for ninjas in kindergarten-8th grade on Mondays-Thursdays.

Inclusive Ninja (45 minutes)
This class is for ninjas of ALL abilities. We have worked hard to create an environment that is inclusive, values individualism and allows all ninjas to feel a sense of accomplishment regardless of the starting point. This unique athletic offering will help your child reach their goals and feel success on the ninja course. Peer buddies will be on hand to provide extra support if needed. All ages welcome.

Advanced Training/Team Grit (Developmental and Elite)
Our Advanced Training/Team Grit practices are available to both experienced ninjas and newer ninjas who are interested in learning higher level obstacles and competing in local ninja competitions, including the New England Ninja Association and the National Ninja League. Classes available for ninjas ages 6+. Ninjas must be invited or test onto Team Grit. Learn more!
